Our investment strategies target investments with a substantial contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Currently, we focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste management projects, and mainly invest in European countries. For now, we therefore primarily target SDG 7 Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG 9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 13 Climate Action.

This company currently invests in LED-based energy efficiency systems, in particular, street lighting. It is developing the expansion of its activities and geographic scope in Central Europe.

CIME CAPITAL is participating in various bidding projects for energy efficiency projects in the Balkans, by an entity separate to CIME Energy Efficiency a.s.

INFRASTRUKTUR SK a.S.

As an intermediate holding company Infrastruktur SK a.s. provides central services and finances pilots in municipal infrastructure solutions.

INFRA WASTE INTERNATIONAL AG

Infra Waste International AG is a Swiss company, active in the development and marketing of small-to mid-scale incineration technologies and waste-to-energy solutions. It has a wholly owned subsidiary, Infra Waste a.s. in Slovakia that promotes catalytic mineralization technology as a disposal solution for municipal waste with low emissions and an output material used in the building industry.

CIME V-E ASSET AG

This company consolidates the investments of CIME CAPITAL into renewable energies, acts as a central treasury centre, and provides hedging solutions. It currently owns wind parks in Poland through its subsidiary CIME Wind I and is active in the construction of new wind parks (CIME Wind II) and solar-PV projects (CIME Solar I).

WATER aND IRRIGATION

CIME has invested directly into water and irrigation projects, both as part of Infrastruktur SK as well as via loan agreements.

CIME BDB District ENERGY (heating and cooling)

CIME CAPITAL has started to invest in district energy projects via loan agreements and is currently negotiating to participate in first direct equity investment.

CIME Green Building is investing in long-term energy efficiency renovations (deep retrofits).
